Slab Colors
We source materials from an extensive network of importers, distributors, manufacturers, and quarries. We invite your requests and active participation in your slab search. New material is constantly arriving on the West Coast.
Once we confirm availability of the color, size, thickness, and finish that you desire, we can usually get you a digital picture.
This is especially important because different slabs share the same name. Colors are often marketed under several names. Some customers can actually make their selections from a sample or a photo and are pleasantly surprised at what Mother Nature actually delivers. We often use this to narrow the search. We caution that many customers have difficulty visualizing or understanding shade variation as well as imperfections on Natural Stone or man made products.
Samples only give general color. Pictures can show some color and general pattern, but we encourage in-person approval of slabs when possible. We offer a stone disclosure/disclaimer on natural stone which is available upon request to help customers understand what is normal. This helps us to meet or exceed expectations and avoid misunderstandings. We try to maintain transparency in our customer dealings and value your trust in us to do the right thing.
